You Don’t Know the Half of It
Justin Jones Thinks he can shred his history
Deceiving the Court
A Nevada judge said attorney Justin Jones had committed “serious violations of candor” and had an “intention to deceive the court.” Jones’ actions were so egregious that the judge imposed a $25,000 fine.1
Threatening Public Officials
In text messages shown in court, Jones threatened Governor Sisolak saying, “if Sisolak doesn’t want to play, then it’s going to blow up in his face” regarding an issue of a road permit waiver that Jones’ said would be “uncomfortable” for Sisolak’s campaign.2
Destroying Evidence
Justin Jones is currently involved in a scandal and faces accusations of illegally destroying evidence, including public records—and he refuses to talk about it. If Justin Jones can’t ethically do his job, we can’t trust him to represent us on the county commission.2
